Renault's Amateur Golf circuit. The ladies won in Guadalmina.  

One of the most anticipated of the circuit in which allied perfect temperature, a course in excellent condition and an impeccable organization, which joined 150 players in search of a place for the finals which is contesting at the National Golf Centre, the first week of July.  

The good atmosphere generated by members , together with guest players in the area and many golfers Madrid moved to Guadalmina expressly for the occasion, impregnated tournament from first thing in the morning to already late at night with the awards ceremony, passing by the tent of the Serrano Jam and “Manzanilla La Guita” , unavoidable meeting point for participants.  

The sports part is resolved in favour of the English player Rosaleen Cunningham that turned out winning absolute of the tournament, with 42 points, ahead of Francisco José Gutiérrez, 42 points, and Ana Alcalde with 41.

All of them qualified for the finals, as well as the winners of each of the Federal categories.  

Renault capture to "Hole in one", which was at hole #2 of the South Course, had no winner while were several local players who, taking advantage of their greater knowledge of the hole, were about to make the HOLE IN ONE.

On last 20 and 22 April, was held the annual Interclub against the Real Club de Golf Las Brisas, with a global 6-6 result (2-4, 4-2).

This final tie which allows us to retain the trophy a year more. 

Our Club team was formed by Emilio Bueno, José Duarte, Antonio Gil, Manuel Muñoz, Antonio Guerrero, Joe Llewellin, Hans Kaiser, Ronan Maguire, Eric McLeod, Paul Heaton and Miguel A. Gutierrez.

In the additional information you may download the Newsletter of the Competition Committee for April to June. 

On Sunday March 13th we celebrated our Monthly School Competition, this month in collaboration with the Jason Floyd Golf Academy resulting in a great tournament with almost 90 participants in all categories from Benjamin to Junior.  Thanks to the collaboration with JFGA, the tournament was valid for the qualification to the Spanish Championship and for the Andalusian Rankings for Under-14.  Many students of the school took the opportunity with very good results. In particular we congratulate:

Nasha Manzari Velasco - Winner Handicap U15

Carlos Mendoza Díaz - Runner-up Handicap U15

In the Gecko Pro Tour Tournament held in the North and South Courses of Guadalmina, among the 19 qualified for the final round of three professionals and one amateur Noemi Jiménez, Juan Carlos Osorio, Daniel Osorio and Marcus Svensson (A), came from our Golf School of in the case of professionals and in the case of Marcus, competes representing our Club.

We are very proud to highlight the second place for Noemi, with - 11 hits in three days and Juan Carlos Osorio - 9, tied with several players for third place, and Juan Carlos and Marcus finishing in the T10.

Dear members: registration has opened for the Cup Giralda in Seville the day 8 and 9 April.

Members interested in participating must provide a sign-up sheet with the names of the 4 players in the order who want to be registered before April 3rd , in the Caddy Master.

It's a competition Medal Play, better ball handicap the first day and individual Medal play the second.

The maximum handicap is 12.4 per player and the maximum handicap of the team by adding the handicaps of the 4 players is 44.

The Club provides uniform for components of the selected equipment, as well as the registration fees, and the team must be responsible for the costs of transport and accommodation.
