CROQUET

The croquet lawn was built in 2022 and was approved by the Spanish Croquet Federation by Mr. Antonio Sáinz de Vicuña y Barroso with a score of 82.5 total points out of 100, with a final rating of “very good”.

It should be noted that this is the first in Spain built with the dwarf bermuda variety, “Sunday”, an Ultra-dwarf Bermuda, much more resistant to trampling and water stress than the stolonifera agrostis courts, which is what is usually used in other courts.

Its location next to the cafeteria makes it very attractive for the organization of tournaments.

At the moment, the Croquet section is coordinated by our Member and Handicapper Marian Velasco.

PADDLE TENNIS COURT

We have an artificial grass paddle tennis court, completely renovated in 2022, located next to the buggy hangar, sheltered from the wind, with concrete walls and Hercules mesh nets.

The paddle tennis court has a lighting system, Members interested in hiring this service must request it in advance by acquiring the tokens necessary for its operation at the Caddy Master.

Members may reserve the paddle tennis court through the Clapphouse application, if they include guests in the game they must pay the guest ticket

The hours of use of the court are from 08:00 am to 21:00 hours.

SWIMMING POOL

The swimming pool of the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina is for the exclusive use of the members and their guests, and the guests must be accompanied by the member at all times.

The pool is maintained in perfect condition throughout the year, although it is true that only during the summer season is open with lifeguard service.

From 12:00 to 20:00 the lifeguard service controls the correct use of the facility. The pool season is from June 30th to September 1st.

Outside these dates or times, the use of the pool is under the responsibility of the user, declining the Club any responsibility. The rules of operation of the pool are exposed at the entrance to the enclosure.

CLUBS STORAGE ROOM

The Club storage room offers Real Club de Golf Guadalmina Members the possibility to store their golf clubs, including the electric trolleys, and the charge of the batteries.

In 2014 we launched a rental system of Club’s electric trolleys offered to members for an annual fee, as from 2015 the possibility to store member’s trolleys, and the charge of the batteries will no longer be available, we have also organized a system of Club storage in individual lockers, assisted by the staff of the Club, not being allowed access to the clubs room.

GYM

The Gym of the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina, offers its members and guests a modern facility, acquired in 2022, which offers equipment for weight training and tone up as well as to improve cardiovascular fitness.

The equipment dedicated to weight training is very easy to use, and no monitoring is necessary for its use, which makes it very interesting from the point of view of the user, who enjoys great autonomy.

We offer weight machines for the upper and lower body, as well as weight benches and weight bars.

For cardio we have two treadmills for jogging, three conventional exercise bikes and an elliptical trainer, as well as a rowing machine.

The gym area of almost 100 m2 allows more than 10 people to work out comfortably at the same time.

The opening hours are adjusted to the opening of the facilities from 08:00 am until the catering service ends its day, usually around 21:00.

THE RESTAURANT

The Real Club de Golf Guadalmina, offers a catering service, in the area reserved for members on the upper terrace of the clubhouse and its restaurant with snack bar and restaurant a la carte, currently managed by D. Antonio Campuzano, who attends from 07:45 a.m. until the closure of the facilities, also for dinners from Monday to Sunday, to members and guests.

From 12:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. with catering and snack service for visitors, in the cafeteria on the ground floor of the Clubhouse.

PROSHOP

The Pro-shop of the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina, is located in a building independent of the Club House, next to the putting green and the tee of hole 1 of the North course, is managed by the company GOLF FRIENDS and offers members and visitors a wide range of products from the most prestigious brands, both sports equipment such as bags and golf clubs, through clothing, footwear and accessories, with discounts applied to members.
