Dear Members. –
In relation to the issue of the beach bar, I would like to inform you that the relevant appeals have already been submitted to the Board of Andalucía by the Golf Club and by the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina S.A. In the appeals submitted we have provided sufficient information and relevant arguments backing up our request for this permission to be rejected.
According to our information, appeals have also been submitted by the Hotel Guadalmina, the Baja Urbanistic Entity, the Guadalmina Baja community of owners, several property owners in the area and the Marbella City Council.
At this point, there is nothing further for us to do except to wait for the final decision to be made on this issue. As soon as I have further information I will communicate it to you immediately.
